Scott runs Caberfeidh Stables with his wife Adrienne in Dundee, Cape Breton. He is a farrier with over 30 years experience working with competitive general performance and NRHA horses. Currently he works for NewPage Corporation at their paper mill in Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia.
Scott is activitely involved in the local community. He volunteers with the County Line 4-H Club, and is often found helping around the grounds at the 4-H Camp Rankin. He is on the board of directors for Camp Rankin, and is the treasurer for the Richmond County 4-H Leaders Council. Currently he is a welding and woodworking leader in the 4-H program. This year he is planning on entering the light horse show arena for the first time in amateur competition at APHA shows across the Maritimes.
Scott is currently accepting a limited number of new shoeing clients. In his spare time he enjoys boating, golfing, and going on snowmobile trips with the boys.
